For UK customers our standard delivery is completely and utterly FREE.
For international customers we send all items International Signed For, for your added security and peace of mind.
Our Postage rates are per delivery not per item, no matter how many items you buy, you pay one flat rate.
Delivery & Shipping Information
When your order is received you will receive an email with details of your purchase and postage option you have chosen.
All Items are sent via Royal Mail or courier.
Standard items are sent Royal Mail 2nd class.
As soon as your item as been picked and dispatched we will send you an email.
Dependant on the value of your order, a signature may be required upon the delivery of the goods.
In the event you are not available at your delivery address when your order is delivered, you will be left a card to inform you. This will include information as to whether you need to contact the courier, when another attempt will be made, or further infromation on rescheduling your delivery.
* UK Next Day Delivery items must be purchased and paid for by 3pm, Monday to Friday.
These items will be received by 5pm on the next working day. A signature will be required.
Please note that in some remote parts of the UK Next Day Delivery may not be available. In this situation a customer advisor will contact you to discuss alternatives.
International & European items are sent Royal Mail International Signed For.
At present we do not offer an expediated postage service outside of the UK, if you require an additional service please contact us and we will be happy to obtain a new postage quote.

Returning Items to OMG
Our aim to satisfy all of our customers. Our orders are covered by a 28-day guarantee*.
In the event that you are not satisfied with the product(s) you have purchased we will issue a refund on receipt or exchange the item for a different size / colour.
If you would like to return an item within the 28 days, please email or call for a return authorisation code before returning.
