DELIVERY

- Goods will be dispatched within 3 working days of payment clearing
- We use Royal Mail for all deliveries unless otherwise specified
- All UK deliveries will be sent first class unless otherwise specified.
- When dispatched you will be notified by email
- Proof Of postage is always obtained
- If you require special delivery please contact us for a postage quote
- International Items will be sent Royal Mail Airmail. If you require International signed for please email for costs
- If an item is returned to us due to failed delivery, through no fault of our own, you will have to pay additional redelivery costs

RETURNS

We always try to give accurate descriptions and sizings and every item is quality checked. If, however you wish to return an item:
- Please email or telephone to let us know the issue
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery
- In the interest of hygiene we do not offer refunds on underwear or swimwear.
- If you wish to return an unwanted item to us:-
- Provided it is in a fully resaleable condition, not worn, soiled or laundered, we will refund the item in full excluding original P & P
- You are responsible for the postage costs of returning the item to us
- Please ensure you obtain proof of postage when returned
- In the unlikely circumstances that an item was faulty:-
- The item must be returned to us with original packaging.
- The item will be returned to the manufacturer for testing.
- This may take up to 14 days
- On confirmation of manufacturing fault all costs including return costs will be refunded
Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy
